iPly Live (“the App”, “we”, “our”) is an IPTV playlist player. We are committed to transparency regarding the data we collect and how it is used.

1. Data We Collect

To provide app functionality and improve user experience, we collect:

• Device Identifiers: IdentifierForVendor (IDFV).
• Device Metadata: Model, OS version, and hardware details.
• Network Information: IP address for security and regional settings.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We do not store or access your credit card details. Apple provides us with transaction receipts and status to verify your premium access.

3. Third-Party Advertising

The App displays ads via Yodo1. They may collect Device ID and IP address to serve relevant ads. Visit Yodo1’s Privacy Policy for more.

4. Local Storage

Your favorites and playlists are stored locally on your device.
